Missions
We work in partnership with local churches to carry out missions. In here MiRI works as a link organization between clusters of churches. We organise Mission Exchange Programs and Short Term Missions where we carry out evangelistic activities such as gospel crusades and door to door evangelism. Through these missions, the word of God is preached, people are empowered and new churches are planted. To date we have held over 70 missions in different parts of Uganda.
Mission Exchange Programs
MiRI organises teams of missioners from a cluster of churches and sends them to do mission in another cluster of churches in a different part of the country. This could be local or international. This has a twin objective of discipling the missioners involved and implementing the Great Commission of Christ.

short term Missions
Every three months over 20 missioners from different regions go out to carry out evangelistic activities in a different region in Uganda. To date over 150 missioners have taken part in this program and more that 1,000 people have given their lives to Christ.

Church planting
We believe that a local church is God’sinstrument in discipling people. In partnership with New Life Church, we have so far planted 20 churches in Mukono, Ibanda, Katakwi, Kamwengye and Kyenjojo. We also work hand in hand with the host local church to start a new church in the region.
