Equipping Leaders for Greater Community Impact

Ministry Resourcing International is a Ugandan registered Christian based organisation that exists to equip church leaders for their greater effectiveness and impact in their communities. Founded and registered in 2007, the organisation has worked in the central, eastern and western regions of Uganda to advance its mission and vision.

Ministry Resourcing International (MiRI) works in close partnership with Resource Uganda www.resourceuganda.org.uk, a UK registered charity.

Spreading hope and purpose

To carry out gospel evangelistic missions in pursuit of the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ.

To develop and implement programs that help churches reach their communities and reach key segments of population such as women, children and youths.

Leadership Development

To equip and empower church leaders through specific initiatives such as workshops, conferences and targeted mentoring programs.

Distributing Christian resources

To procure and distribute relevant Christian resources such as bibles and Christian literature to need identified individuals and churches.

Comprised of dedicated individuals with diverse backgrounds, talents, and expertise, our team is united by a shared passion for equipping church leaders, empowering communities, and spreading the love of Christ. Richard Tuhumwire

Founder and Executive Director
B.Com (Accounting) – Makerere University
MA (Leadership Studies) – Azusa Pacific, CA, USA
Richard is the visionary leader behind Ministry Resourcing International. He is passionate about empowering others and establishing systems that serve the community. Despite being a man of few words, his dedication to growing ministries and realizing potential opportunities is evident in everything he does. Richard is married to Irene, and together they have three children.

Irene T. Kabuzire

Programs Manager
BA (Education) – Makerere University
Irene ensures that MiRI programs run smoothly and efficiently. She is a teacher by profession, a mentor with the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women and a trainer of trainers.
Irene’s dedication to seeing positive outcomes in each child, youth and woman is evident in her commitment to discipline and mentorship. She is passionate about working with people to find solutions to their problems in their communities.

Ketty K. Kisitu

Programs Officer
BA (Arts) – Makerere University
Dip (MDD) – Makerere University
Ketty brings creativity and innovation to her role. Her experience as a Secondary School teacher and radio presenter equips her to engage with our community effectively. Ketty oversees Mukisa Women’s Group activities and supports teen mothers in overcoming challenges related to teenage pregnancy.

Olivah Aharimpisya

Admin Assistant
Olivah manages the coordination, scheduling, and logistics for both MRI and New Life Church. Known for her infectious smile and commitment to honesty, Olivah ensures that every detail is taken care of efficiently. She joined our team in September 2021 and has quickly become an invaluable member. Olivah is a proud mother of three children.

Anette Nyaruwa

Childrens’ Instructor
Anette is a passionate Children’s Instructor at MRI. Her dedication to nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning is evident in her commitment to creating meaningful and impactful learning experiences. She believes in the importance of fostering a love for learning from a young age and is dedicated to helping children reach their full potential. She oversees activities of CANA Club, Kisenyi project.
