Leadership Development
Our Leadership Development programs are designed to help churches reach the people ‘where they are’ and get a deeper community penetration. These include:
- Training and Conferences
- TEC Youth Retreats
- Mentorship
We hold quarterly Training and Conferences in different parts of the country and have so far done 30 conferences.
We also hold bi annual Retreats targeting youths between the ages of 15 and 25years.
Our Mentorship programs target individuals who require help navigate challenges and achieve personal goals.
Construction of Resource Uganda House is underway. In this building, we shall conduct inhouse conferences and seminars that are aimed to equip leaders become more effective in their work.

We envisage church leaders aligned to God’s calling, sharing the gospel and spreading hope, life and purpose in their communities.
Training and Conferences
We are passionate about developing discerning and wise leaders in whom the Spirit of God is (Genesis 41:33). We offer training for church leaders and pastors to equip them for the work of ministry in their churches and communities. We hold annual conferences which are aimed at equipping church leaders with the necessary skills not only to run a ministry but also to be able to earn a worthwhile living.
Mentorship Programs
One of the greatest needs in the church of Christ today is leaders who will take ministry to the next level and generation. We work in partnership with church and ministry leadership to create practical mentorship scenarios intended to challenge and help leaders grow.
TEC Youth Retreats
Since 2017, we have been holding youth retreats and so far over 200 youths have participated.
Our Retreats are packed with various activities including camp fire, bible quiz, sports evangelism among others.
